WE made these! And we’re SO proud! Our new big friend Hanegal, who we often refer too as our rooster friend, saw our light and wanted in on it. We find them very cool, sort of rebels and in on making the world a greener, better place. So we became parteners in crime end made thise also tasty very Danish salads. Its so exciting, we used to make these in our small cafe and sell them in our deli (which, to be honest was just a small fridge) and now they are available in all these places:
